In contrast to the starchy peas and carrots we grew up on, the pea microgreen is tall and stringy, sometimes even featuring its reaching “arms” latching onto itself. They still taste like peas, however, and are potent in antioxidants and phytonutrients.
Benefits:
- Vitamin C

These whimsy little cuties are my favorite. Every time I eat them I’m taken back in time to eating snap peas in my grandmother’s garden. My favorite way to eat them is on eggs and toast with a drizzle of olive oil.
These little pea microgreens were full of so much flavor! I've enjoyed them in my spring green salad with miso ginger dressing.
So good! Love adding these to our homemade burgers.
